Puck Drop Weekend

A GTHL tradition is back! Puck Drop Weekend returns to Canlan Sports York on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22 to kick off the 2023-24 season.

GTHL action will be featured across all six pads from 9:00am to 5:00pm both days, with over 140 teams from various ages, levels, and local associations scheduled to compete in regular season play. Off the ice, there will be just as much action throughout the arena as more than 5,000 players, parents, and fans will join us to celebrate the start of a new hockey season!

Plus, the winner of the GTHL’s My Hockey Hero Essay Contest presented by NewAge Products will also be announced during the weekend’s festivities!
