Nats, Reps, Kings Push Through to Semi-Finals
Three GTHL teams will be making a semi-final appearance in the 2017 OHL Cup powered by Under Armour. The Toronto Marlboros, Toronto Jr. Canadiens, and Mississauga Rebels were eliminated from contention in their quarter-final matchups, while the Toronto Young Nationals, Mississauga Reps, and Vaughan Kings prevailed to push through to the semi-finals.
6pm – London Jr. Knights vs. Mississauga Reps
8pm – Vaughan Kings vs. Toronto Young Nationals
Toronto Marlboros vs. London Jr. Knights | Knights win 3-1
ALLIANCE Champions the London Jr. Knights effectively shut down the offensively gifted Toronto Marlboros to maintain a perfect tournament record. The London Jr. Knights will face off against the Mississauga Reps in the semi-finals.

Toronto Jr. Canadiens vs. Mississauga Reps | Reps win 5-1
A hat-trick by Mike Petizian helped lift the Reps over the Jr. Canadiens, earning them a spot in the semi-finals against the undefeated London Jr. Knights.

Vaughan Kings vs. Mississauga Rebels | Kings win 2-1
Kings goaltender Christian Sbaraglia earned his third MVP honour of the tournament, stopping 21 shots, earning the Kings a 2-1 victory over the undefeated Mississauga Rebels. The Kings will face off against the Toronto Young Nationals in the semi-finals. The Kings are 0-2-0 against the Nats this season.

Toronto Young Nationals vs. Whitby Wildcats | Nats win 2-1
Two third period goals by the Nats was all that was needed in a 2-1 victory against the OMHA champions. The Nats will face GTHL league mates the Vaughan Kings in their semi-final matchup.
