Established in 1981, the Esso Medals and Certificates of Achievement program celebrates the young players you’re proud to call teammates – who make everyone around them better. To date, nearly two million medals of achievement and over 30 million certificates of participation have been awarded to young boys and girls on behalf of Esso.

Teams are encouraged to register for FREE for the Esso Medals & Certificates of Achievement program.

Teams receive 18 certificates and 3 medals of achievement (Most Improved, Most Dedicated, Most Sportsmanlike) to recognize the young players who set an example on and off the ice.

When you register your team for Esso Medals at essomedals.com you will have the opportunity to opt-in for a chance to win tickets to Team Canada’s game against Russia on Boxing Day. If you have already registered your team email ‘Opt-in World Junior Championship Contest’ to info@essomedals.com and you will be entered to win. The winning team will receive 25 tickets to the game. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.

Our friends at the Esso brand are Fuelling the Game of Hockey by providing support to minor hockey teams and associations across Canada. By registering for the program, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of six $5,000 Esso Medals grants for minor hockey associations in Canada! All six winning contestants will receive an additional $1,000 grant just for their team.
